Detailed additional information on the use of your personal data
1.1. Who are the processors?
The processor is Telefónica Innovación Alpha, S.L. (with tax ID number B87453643 and postal address at Ronda de la Comunicación, Distrito Telefónica, 28050 Madrid).
1.2. Is there a data protection officer I can contact?
Telefónica Innovación Alpha has a data protection officer who can be contacted at the following address DPO_telefonicasa@telefonica.com. This person can also be contacted by letter marked for the attention of the data protection officer.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGITIMIZATION
2.1. Why do we process your data and why are we allowed to do it?
The data will be exclusively used for internal selection processes.
The categories of data processed are as follows: identification and contact data; personal, academic and professional characteristics; and employment details.
The interested party will be solely responsible if a CV with false, inaccurate, incomplete or out of date information is presented.
The processing of your data is based on consent granted when you provide your data on your own initiative by sending your CV as a deliberate action legitimizing the processing of the information for the purpose indicated.
2.2. Will you need to provide us with all your data? What will happen if you do not?
Yes, you will need to provide us with all the data you attach. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed to the selection processes.
2.3. Will we make individualized, computerized decisions and/or create profiles with legal effects or significantly affecting you in a similar way?
No, the information provided will be processed only for the purposes described above.
2.4. For how long will we process your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for a period of 1 year.

3.1. Will we transfer your data to other companies?
Telefónica Innovación Alpha will not under any circumstances transfer your data without first requesting consent.
RECIPIENTS OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS:
4.1. Will your personal data be transferred to third countries or international organizations?
By means of this privacy clause, the interested party is informed and consents that their personal, and contact data, as well as other data related to the recruitment process can be transferred to suppliers located in third countries outside the European Union, including the United States, where the Data Protection legislation does not guarantee the same level of protection as our current legislation. The purpose of the usage of these suppliers is the management and use of the recruitment platforms and applicant-tracking systems used by Telefónica Innovación Alpha.

5.1. What rights protect you concerning the processing of your data?
Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation on whether we at Telefónica Innovación Alpha are processing personal data concerning them or not.
In addition, as established in the General Data Protection Regulations, we inform you that you have the following rights:
- Access to your data
You have the right to access your data to find out which personal data concerning you we are processing.
- Request to correct or delete your data
In certain circumstances, you have the right to correct inaccurate personal data concerning you that is subject to processing by us, or even to ask us to delete it when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Request to limit the processing of your data

We answer your requests as quickly as possible and, in all cases, within a month from receipt of your request. This can be extended to two months, but we will always inform you during the first month of the reason for the delay.
5.3. Do you have the right to withdraw your consent?
Interested parties have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. This does not affect the legality of processing prior to withdrawal of the consent. However, if consent is withdrawn the data will remain with Telefónica Innovación Alpha for the period established by law for it to be kept.
